Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar Team Up for ‘Bad Blood’ Remix with Star-Studded Music Video
Taylor Swift teamed up with Kendrick Lamar in “Bad Blood,” her latest single from the 1989 album. But that wasn’t the only person she teamed up with. Swift enlisted several of her famous girlfriends to help create a bad-ass music video for the song. You could even say that it’s all about girl power – and famous friends – in this Taylor Swift video.
The song is about two lovers whose affection for one another has soured, leading to “bad blood.” At the same time, the video tells the tale of a crime-fighting Taylor Swift. Betrayed by her partner Selena Gomez, she builds a team of women warriors to get revenge.
The star-studded cast features 15 famous women in addition to Swift and Gomez, including Jessica Alba, Lena Dunham, Ellie Goulding, GiGi Hadid, Hayley Williams, Zendaya, Lily Aldridge, Ellen Pompeo, Mariska Hargitay and Cindy Crawford.
Taylor Swift not only stars in the video, but produced it as well. It is the fourth music video she has released in conjunction with her 1989 album, which came out last October. She’s slowly gifting the public with music videos, releasing a new one approximately every three months, beginning nine months ago with “Shake It Off,” followed by “Blank Space,” “Style” and now “Bad Blood.”
