Happy Ever After: Rescue Dogs Photographed In Enchanting, Hyper-Stylized Scenes
Sometimes it takes just one photograph to change a life. UK-based photographer Stuart Holroyd came upon Kayte Wilson-Smith’s home, a makeshift rescue shelter that houses up to 70 dogs at a time, and since then has committed to helping these loving pups. Holroyd wanted to help these adorable dogs get adopted so he works with Wilson-Smith, photographing the rescue dogs and photoshopping them into magical scenes.
Holroyd discussed the photos with the Huffington Post:
Each one represents every stray dog out there. Every animal that can’t take care of itself. We have a responsibility as human beings to help the animals and people that cannot help themselves.
Wilson-Smith and Holroyd have launched a fundraising project for the dogs called The Bay Tree Project. Visit the site to support the effort with a donation or by simply sharing the cause with the world.
