Minimalist Posters That Summarize All 236 ‘Friends’ Episodes with Circular Icons of the Shows’ Most Memorable Moments

Friends aired from September 1994 to May 2004 and is accepted as one of the great sitcoms of its time. To pay tribute to the decade-long show, Eurydyka Kata and Rafał Szczawiński from re:design studio created a series of minimalist posters using unique icons to represent each and every episode.

Each of the 236 icons depicts one memorable moment from the episode it represents. For example, Season 1, Episode 3, “The One With the Thumb,” where Phoebe finds a thumb floating in her soda can, is represented by a can with a thumb sticking out of the top. Or Season 10, Episode 5, “The One Where Rachel’s Sister Babysits” and she pierces her niece’s ears, is represented by a pierced ear.

The posters are available for purchase on bza.co, so if you’re a huge fan of the show you may want to buy one. Just beware the ensuing temptation of a Netflix binge!
